Hello! I’m Grace and I love to sew, quilt, knit, stitch and cook. In short, I love all things handmade and homemade.

Andy and I just got married in October! With the help of our loving (and talented!) family, the weekend was filled with so many handmade touches–knitted shawls for the bridesmaids, vintage finds and hand-stitched signs. It was a dream come true.

With my new-found free time–and lots of encouragement from my sisters and husband–I decided to begin chronicling my new creations.

My mom taught me how to sew and quilt as a kid, and my grandma taught me (and many of her other grandkids) to knit when I was sick with the chicken pox. I taught myself again after college, with lots of help of course!

I love crafting because there’s always something new to learn and discover. And you can never have too much fabric, right?

  1. Hi Grace! I just stumbled on your blog while looking through the photos in the Little Folks flickr group. You have a wonderful blog. I love your embroidery! Oh and you look absolutely lovely in your beautiful wedding dress.
